Pleasefill in the order form thoroughly- that way you spare the time of your clients/patients. In case the order form is not filled in properly, we will contact you to specify the information needed.
4. If you have any questions regarding filling in the order form please contact our customer service.
5. Before packaging please disinfect all impressions and also mark it on the order form where applicable.
6. When packaging the impressions, make sure the order form does not get wet.
7. When sending the parcels mark the receiver as shown below:
